1988 Our founding

It all starts with the founding of “Siegfried Milly und Ernest Friedwagner GesbR,” a service provider focused on delivering high-quality digital support for HR departments.

1999 New name: Infoniqa

Renamed Infoniqa and strengthened by a team of 28 employees, the HR and ERP company attracts its first investors and starts to gather momentum.

2004 Acquisition-driven growth

Alexander Zrost and Siegfried Milly take the helm and the era of company acquisitions begins. Infoniqa sees €3 million in annual revenue and boasts 90 employees.

2006 HR software

The idea for a holistic HCM system is born: The company’s first HR software, engage!, provides a digital solution that streamlines all areas of human resources.

2009 Payroll outsourcing

Further company acquisitions serve as the catalyst to creating a new USP on the market: payroll outsourcing! Infoniqa sees €5.5 million in annual revenue and boasts 115 employees.

2012 Product focus: HR

The company makes an important strategy decision: Infoniqa will strike down a path away from ERP and will now begin to fully focus on HR.

2017 Infoniqa ONE

The modular HR suite Infoniqa ONE conquers the market: The company’s single-source approach fuels annual revenue of €20 million with 153 employees.

2019 Top 25 HR software provider

Infoniqa rises to the top, joining the group of fastest-growing HR software providers for the third time in a row. Infoniqa sees €30.4 million in annual revenue and boasts 234 employees.

2020 Robust market position

Infoniqa makes its 10th company acquisition, boosting its annual revenue to more than €40 million with 280 employees and attracts additional world-class investors.

2021 International growth

Now a force in Switzerland as well: Thanks to further acquisitions, Infoniqa is a market leader here, too. Additionally, the company has been expanding its portfolio to include not only accounting, procurement and ERP solutions, but also a revolutionary approach to automating bookkeeping.

Infoniqa is pleased to have opened offices in Poland and the Czech Republic as well. Infoniqa goes international!
