The Infoniqa Group has brought together several IT companies from Germany, Austria and Switzerland as a joint presence in the market to take advantage of synergies for the benefit of its customers.

| 2006 | GES Enterprise Software GmbH, Vienna (A) is founded by gamma capital partners and the Holding Management |
| 2007 | GES becomes Infoniqa Holding GmbH; SQL AG, Zug (CH) and IBeeS, Dresden (D) are acquired |
| 2008 | Infoniqa Holding becomes a joint stock company, the LOGA/400 product and Infoniqa Berlin join the Group. Infoniqa Munich is founded |
| 2009 | The Infoniqa Group is fully represented in Germany, Austria and Switzerland; RZ-Computerised payroll system is taken over by IBM Austria |
